Hotspot at camp won't reconnect

Just bought a trailer and our campground has a "hotspot". I was able to login last night and a window popped up asking me to agree to terms. No problem. Was able to use Internet. Now when I try and use the Internet on my iPad to the hotspot the pop-up hotspot does not come on the safari says unable to connect you are not connected to the Internet the wifi hotspot is discoverable but i can't use Internet. Help! I've enabled popups and even tried "forget this network". No luck.
