Hotspot Error?

i have ipad 3rd gen, before upgrading to ios6 whenever i try to make a hotpot via ipad my other devices run perfectly, but after upgrading to ios 6, whenevr i try to connect any device like pc, mac or iphone they show me limited service with an "!" sign on wifi, i have found one way which is to reboot the ipad every time, but its disgusting, is there any other way? or someone also getting such thing? i think its a ios 6 bug.

Ever since I upgraded my ipad 3rd gen to ios 6.0 I have been having wifi problems also. Almost impossible to connect to wifi at school without rebooting. Tethering to my iphone has been a problem too since 6.0. I have just been doing bluetooth tethering lately which is a little slower. I guess we have to wait for ios 6.0.1 to fix the bugs.
