Hotspot gone!!!

Got ready to use my hotspot and its gone. Just upped to 5.0.1 about a week ago. Do I need to restore my phone.
 
Try going to Settings/General/Network & Personal Hotspot.

When you turn it on it will put the Personal Hotpot back into your Settings main page.
 
same here, my hotspot is missing and I can't find it from setting and restore iphone.
