HotSpot Iphone4G problem..please Help me

Hello
My Iphone 4 was work so good when i used it as hotspot(modem) for my laptop over Wi-Fi or usb
today When i active my Iphone tabs (3G , Data ,Wi-fi,Bluetooth and hotspot)
My laptop can connect to the iphone and ping the gateway too
But the problem that the laptop cant access internet over wi-fi or USB although that the Iphone can access internet in same time from iphone safar .
I need my laptop to access internet again over wi-fi or usb from my iphone (hotspot modem)
My IOS 5.0.1

I think it's a bug on some 5.0.1 devices. My girlfriend‘s 3GS will tether fine over USB but not load any pages over Bluetooth, despite connecting fine.
