I am a big fan of House the TV show on Fox. I really like the opening credits music. Does anyone know where I can get a ringtone of the "house" opening song?

thanks.

You can always make your own ringtones with iTunes. :)

If I recall, the song in question is "Teardrop" by Massive Attack. It's either the original mix or the POJ mix, it's hard to tell as they sound so similar in the beginning.

EDIT - Eric beat me to it.

Can I make a ringtone in itunes and send it via text message? My current phone does not have bluetooth capabilities.

thanks for the quick responses

Simple

find a song you like, or a sound

put it in iTunes,

change the options for the song beginning and end times, get info>options

example

Beginning 0:00
End 0:40

click, Advanced>convert selection to MP3

this will create a new, 40 second Mp3 version of your song/sound

Drag the new 40 second song to your desktop

Bluetooth it or USB it to your mobile, and on the phone select, apply as ringtone...

I would add changing the encoding settings to mono/32kbps/22KHz

I don't have a usb cable for my phone either. Is there a way to send it by text message?

You should be able to attach the mp3 as a multimedia file inside your text message, if your phone supports it.

I use verizon wireless. Can I send a text message through their website or do you recommend another site to send multimedia files

just to be clear, once you convert the selected song to mp3, you still retain the original song in the original format, right? in other words, the mp3 shows up as a separate file from the original?

yes the original is still kept intact. I have converted my song over to wav format because on the verizon website it says that it can't transfer .mp3. However, the file is too big to transfer.
I am looking for another way to transfer the song to my phone.

I use Verizon wireless too. Chances are pretty good that if your phone could indeed receive music in text messages, Verizon probably disabled it. Just like they would disable any way to use a USB cable or Bluetooth to do something similar.

Or maybe I'm just annoyed that I just added two years to my contract only to find out all the neat features of my phone are locked.
