How 2 insert pics into entourage??

Greetings:

I posted this message a couple of days ago but it may be in the wrong Forum, plenty of people have viewed my request for assistance but not a single reply. I am running a Mac Pro and the application is Entourage for Email. The problem I'm encountering is... I cannot (Insert) a photograph into the context of the Email message. I can attach a Image file but seeing it in the Email context is not possible. I have looked over the setup-and features in Entourage and cannot locate where this can be enabled. Anyone know how to turn this feature on? :

If it's HTML you can drag an image into the body of a message.

If it's plain text it can only be added as attachment.

You'll need to reduce size before attaching.
