it can work, i think, and apple could be the pioneers, and saving money for purchases toward apple products and save the carbon foot print.

a person pays a virtual conference price. includes the following items.
1. a conference bag,
2. t shirt,
3. badge,
4. dvd which contains the conference exhibitors, classes, keynotes and special features.
5. the person will get a special password so that the virtual expo attendee (VEA) can get steve jobs speech live and and real time, as well as attend the classes in real time, visit the exhibits in real time( the freebies can be mailed to the VEA.

the VEA can even sign into a party.

What do you peeps think and other ideas how this can work,
This is especially important since apple and steve jobs are limiting appearance to SF. I still wish that apple and steve jobs would have a conference on the east coast (boston, nyc), but i don't think that will happen,

that is why a virtual macworld would be a great idea,
