I think I'm seeing that oft-mentioned bug about cellular data leak on iOS 6, or it could be something else.

I have an iPad 4 cellular model running iOS 6.1 right now, and I'm under an iPad data plan that gives me 750MB per month. The data is scheduled between the beginning and end of every month (1st to 28th, 30th or 31st). This morning at 1:23AM, I got a notification from my telecom saying that I had used up my entire allotment. I saw this at around 5AM after I woke up, and just in case, I killed cellular usage through the Settings app.

However, at 7:48AM (some 6 hours later), I got another notification from my telecom saying that I've used additional data past my allotment.

Under cellular usage, as of January 31, 9:23PM, it shows that my iPad sent 17.6MB of data while receiving 53.9MB.

I do go online a lot with my iPad, but I use a WiMAX mobile hotspot very often - in fact, I watch a lot of streamed video via Air Video, and I only do this with wi-fi in order to ensure a smooth connection and the best quality possible.

Somehow, I doubt this, but I figure it's worth asking: I've jailbroken my iPad, and I've installed Activator, NCSettings, ReSpring-Fast, SBSettings and iFile. Could this be a factor? I doubt this because I jailbroke my iPad 2 running iOS 5.1.1 and I NEVER saw this issue.

I'm going to visit a branch of my telecom after I get off work in about an hour from now to ask for a more precise look into my supposed daily data usage. However, I would like to ask whether other iPad users have seen this, even when using wi-fi.
