How accurate is raise to view time/screen?

How accurate is the raise to view? Is it like Touch ID (about 90% success rate for me)?

Better? Worse?

I think it's only not worked once or twice. If anything it's over-accurate. I'll scratch my ear and see a jelly-fish in the corner of my eye.
