How Apple TV shows TV shows

Not sure if this has been posted, but how the Apple TV shows TV shows is stupid. I’ll have 2 season on my Apple TV and it will show in this order:
Season 1 Episode 1
Season 2 Episode 1
Season 1 Episode 2
Season 2 Episode 2
Season 1 Episode 3
Season 2 Episode 3
and so on

tv shows with more than 2 season are even more of a pain.

I have no idea how to fix this. This is in the Apple TV app too.

The 1st one is GI Joe (the old cartoon) and I have seasons 1 and 3 only. Its showing seasons 3 episode 1 then season 1 episode 1. From there it goes to seasons 3 episode 2 then season 1 episode 2.

Friends was bought as a 2 pack bundle they had. Seasons 1-5 and then seasons 6-10, so it shows up like you see in the photos

Yes, the Apple TV all. Using the iTunes app on the Apple TV is ok, but just strange how it look on the Apple TV app.

Only have that issue with battlestar galactica vol 1 -2

Did you purchase them as individual seasons or in a bundle? I’ve had issues with bundles and them not showing correctly.

My seasons look like this mostly.

Do you have a Mac or an iPhone/iPad? Does it show the same way?
