How are "Internet Accounts" shared between Macs

I use several Macs (office, home, notebook). I noticed that when I add a new account in "Internet Accounts" on one of the Macs, it may appear on another Mac or may not even if I'm signed in iClouds with the same Apple ID. I wonder how I can control whether a newely added Internet Account on one of the computers is shared with my other computers.

Sorry for a trivial question, but I could not find any info on this.

Hi! I am having a related issue - I've got an unwanted account in Internet Accounts that keeps reappearing, and knowing how they're shared may help me keep it from coming back from the dead.
