How are those Slickwraps skins?

I've been considering an iPhone 6S on and off but one of the things I dread is that the phone is slippery yet I don't want to add a thick case because I prefer phones that can be operated with one hand.

How are those Slickwraps skins for increasing grip? I kinda like the wood ones.
 
I've used slickwraps on several phones the last couple years. Fantastic product. Everything lines up perfectly, but installing can be tricky if you do not know what you are doing. It will add a little grip, but not that much.

Thats the beauty of a skin/wrap from any company is that you don;t have the bulk a case has. If you prefer the naked look and feel but want added grip I recommend you try our Naked Series.

We stand 100% behind our products and make everything in the USA. We've seen competitors skins and don't feel the precision and coverage come close. It's a big market and everyone is free to decide whom they would like to use.

I'm also planning to get some skins from SW. BTW, will there be a thanksgiving sale this year?

i really like mine! I had HOT pink carbon fiber and now I have black with whit polka dots. I get sooooo many compliments (I also got a ton with the pink!)

the only other colored skins I've used is phantomskinz. while I love their company.... once I found slickwraphs with their little circle cutouts, etc... I just couldn't go back to phantonskins!

the best part is there is no added bulk! it's the next best think to a naked phone!

I haven't tried the D Brands so I can't speak for them.

As far as SlickWraps - their product fit my iPhone 6 Plus very well. However it's quite the process to get a good installation. I got a really nice install on my second try. However, there was some hazing underneath which never went away so I ended up removing the skin. I'm pretty fussy so maybe someone else might have an easier time.
 
I also bought clear skin from slickwraps for my iphone 6s and after few tries of installations, the dust stuck under the skin. I tried to remove but was no luck, so the skin went to garbage... maybe i will buy again...

Well we all did something first time!
I did not say is bad. Just share my experience. I like clear skin better then other colors but it's very difficult to instal without dust under ( because its clear ). My order # 3264326
I was moving to Florida, maybe thats why I did not have enough passion.

I just put a back skin only on my 6+ and I'm disappointed in how the corners turned out. I followed the install video, but they turned out sloppy and I'm not thrilled. I have a RhinoShield over it, so I don't notice the corners now but I won't get another SlickWraps wrap when I want to switch.

Is it clear or a colored skin? From my experience the colored ones you can heat the corners up and carefully peel them back being careful not to tear it and apply a little more heat and place them down again.

It's a colored skin. I did all that and I just wasn't happy with how it fit.

Tried the naked skin and wasn't too thrilled. While I like the precise fit and cutouts, I just did not care for the pattern/finish/or whatever of the clear skin. I prefer matte skins, but this one was just too "glittery" for my taste. It was also not the easiest to install, and I've installed a ton of wet protectors in the past from various brands.
 
Hello,

The material is made by 3M and it's only Matte finish they carry which looks very much like the OEM finish. We'll share this review with the team and look into other options.

I have a dbrand I'll be putting on shortly. As far as clear skins, bestskinsever matte is what I like best, definitely matte, no glittery look, but their cutouts leave a bit to be desired
