How bad is this?-SMART HDD status

Hi,
I've been keeping tabs on my SMART status using Tech Tool Pro... While my HDD still passes the SMART test, it's getting slowly closer to the fail side of the graph. Is it close enough to show Apple and ask for a new HDD?

Yeah. I'm selling it soon and would love to be able to say it comes with a brand new HDD.

If Apple won't do it for free, you could always grab a WD Scorpio Black, they're quite cheap, and reliable, and just install it yourself. Hand the new owner the receipt and they'll have a bit more peace of mind being able to RMA the drive right to the manufacturer should something happen.
