On Saturday, I have an appointment time at ly local Apple Store for trading in 3x iPhone 13's for 3x iPhone 17's via T-Mobile Go5G+ plan (orders all placed through apple.com a few days ago). The existing 13's each of an eSIM with phone numbers on my 9-line family plan.
My question is, for ease of trade or if preferred by the Apple Genius, should I move all 3 of those eSIM numbers to a different phone (like, my primary 16 Pro) and park all of them onto my 16 Pro so I can fully wipe each 13 and reset prior taking to the store? Or reset each 13 but leave the eSIM numbers as-is so the Genius can transfer each one over to each mating new 17 as part of their activation process? Thanks!
