How big to get? Replacing my Macbook

I am going to try to replace my 2008 Macbook Al, with a IPAD 3. I have 34gigs of Music and 20gigs of Photos. All of which are in the Google Cloud. I am certain about the Google Picasa web album apps, but what worries me is the music.

Does the icloud stream my music? Both purchased and imported? Or do I need iTunes matching?
