How can I add icons to a theme (suave HD)

Hi,

Here there are more icons you can download for other apps, http://www.macthemes.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16804800
Can someone tell me how I can put these "in" the theme (suave HD) so they are assigned to the apps, like the facebook icon is assigned to the app with the theme..

This is mainly due to the app Classes does not look right and if i copy the suave one to a folder in winterboard and apply it. It changes but the icon id huge..
