iPod touch How can I backup my iPod OS?

Hello Folks.
How are you?
I have an iPod touch 8GB and it have some problems. For example, I can't open my Viber and... When I want to install update it tell me that I have not any free Space on it and I want to know How can I free my iPod storage?
Another problem is that I can't access to my Home system and I want to know if I plug it to other system is it Lock? Can you show me any way? It is very emergency.

Go into Settings, then "General," then "Usage." Storage will show GB available and GB used, with each app and the amount used listed below.

You'll have to make choices which apps to keep and which to delete. Touching each app will open a new screen giving you the option to delete it.

Sorry, but I've no idea what your "home system" is. If you mean your computer and iTunes, make sure you are running the most recent iTunes on your computer.
