How can I block the content on my face book wall until people click like?
I have been reading on goolge for over a week and can't seem to figure it out.

Before people post on my wall I want people to like my page.

He's talking about a commercial page (A page, not a facebook profile).

You can't do that. A normal user has a Facebook profile. You have to go create a group or page or something, and then change the privacy settings on that.

Your profile will be like how it is right now.

I am indeed talking about a commercial page. I want to block my wall so that people won't be able to post questions until they like our page. I have seen other companys that do this so there must be a way. I looked at all the settings but couldn't find out how to do it.

You can change the landing page to a custom page that tells people they have to like your page to view the wall.

Edit Page > Manage Permissions > Default Landing Tab

You must be an admin.

and how can I add a new option there? Such as a landing page as you said.

It only shows me existing options like wall, photos etc.

FYI I object to organisations that attempt to coerce me into liking their Facebook page before I can see their content. I am choosy about what I publicly like on Facebook, since my Facebook friends include people with whom I share a professional relationship. My opinion is lowered of any company that cheapens itself in this regard, to the extent that I would feel disinclined to have any dealings with them.

Maybe I'm just an idiot, although I imagine that quite a few others also feel negatively towards 'forced like' pages, and therefore would encourage you to strongly consider whether you want to use this feature, for fear of alienating your customers.

Quoted for truth. I simply do not 'like' pages that force me into liking to fully access the page.

AFAIK, you can still use the page without liking it by clicking on Wall on the left.

It depends – some let you see certain parts without liking, but others don't let you see any. Either way they are pretty obnoxious.
