I have a movie in a VIDEO_TS folder and it's filled with .BUP, .IFO and .VOB files and I'm completely stumped on how to burn it. So could someone tell me how?

None that I know of, but you can burn it as a data DVD, and in case DVD Player doesn't read it as a DVD Video Disc, you can still read the folder by navigating to the folder with the option Open Media Files from the File menu.

Of course you won't be able to play it on a standalone DVD Player.

You can still check out the content, if that's what you want to do, without burning it. As indicated above, open DVD Player, and choose Open Media files and choose the Video_TS folder, then hit on the Play button.
