How can I buy a full priced iPhone 5 in NYC?

So i made a post yesterday about the apple store not selling me their iPhone 5s. Today I went in and personally saw hundreds being stacked behind the counter. Both the Cashier and manager refused to sell it to me without being a contract or getting the iphone 5 attached to an AT&T account, which I dont have since I'm with T-Mobile. Most of my friends are with verizon and my whole family is with either sprint or verizon except for me and my dad. I want to buy the 16gb white At&T version. I really do like apple, but it is getting frustrating.

So guys...I need help....How can I buy a full priced iPhone 5 in NYC? did u guys have any luck?

WOW i feel your pain...i need the exact same one but at least some are available in nyc. they're taunting you! showing you all the iphone 5s and saying you cant have one. Socal sells it off contract but we dont have any in stores
