It's an annual event for software developers held in June where Apple commonly introduces new products.

So, no, you can't buy one, unless you want to buy a pass to the next one.

My guess is that the OP (or somebody else) had asked about buying a certain product, and somebody replied with something like "Wait for WWDC."

In that context, I can see how somebody who didn't know what WWDC was could think that it was a product and not an event.
