How can I change account in app store?

I have two accounts in app store. One, runs out of money.

Everytime I hit app store, the prompt is asking for the password of my old ID. How can I log using my other account or username?

I need to download some apps for my jailbroken 3gs.

Please advise.

Go to Settings>Store then tap on your Apple ID and you should see a prompt with various options, one of which is to sign out. You should then be able to sign in with whatever account you need.
