General How can I change the imperial system to metric in the health app ?

Pretty sure the only way to do that is to change your region.
I wanted Miles instead of Km so i changed from the UK to USA which worked but have since past caring and have now changed back.
I've been waiting for an update for that too. Unfortunately the region change is the only way right now.
I don't know, I am used to the US format of the date and other stuff. I guess I have to learn how to convert
rough estimate is to half it then add 1
example 14km = 7 + 1 = 8 miles
it kinda goes to pot and drifts out on bigger numbers though, and on smaller than 5 but its a ball park figure

The health app is a total mess. It forgets what I have added to the dashboard at random and losses data altogether.

It doesn't take a genius to just convert by a factor 1.6 either.
I suspect most people should know this by 5th grade. With that said, I'd still be pretty annoyed with having miles showing instead of metric units in my health app.

Agree, I don't know why some countries complicate using the imperial system.
Well I hope they also included the ability to have a mix.
The UK uses both.... Centigrade for temp and Miles for distance.
