How can i change the settings of my aiport using windows?

I ma using windows vista and i would like to change the setting of my wireless network which is being run with an airport. Its easy to do so with a mac but i cant seem to find a way to do so with my windows laptop.

Thanks, i downloaded the program and it worked fine expect for when i tryed to change the settings. When i try to configure the airport it gives me an error saying that i need to make sure the network is on. I dont have any problems using a mac thou.
