How can i control which language keyboard appears for a textfield on the iphone

How can I change the language keyboard that appears when the user types in a text field on the iPhone?

For example, if have two text fields, how can I make it so that if the user types in text field 1 they get an English keyboard, and if they type in text field 2 they get a French keyboard?
