How can I control wirelessly my active speakers??

I have a Philips pfl 9732 LCD tv connected with a set of active speakers tannoy reveal. ( tv l/r out to speakers input) .The problem is that my tv doesn't allow to use the remote to control the output and the speakers don't have any volume controls. Any ideas????

Your best bet would be to use some kind of preamp that has remote control.

Passive speakers with receiver would have been ideal for a tv setup.

Have you looked at all the audio options in your TV's setup menus? Mine lets me select either variable or fixed outputs.
