How can i copy a movie from a DVD to itunes?

Are you using Windows or OSX? The choice of software (and there are free options for each of these) will depend on the answer.

A search of the forum would have told you to use Handbrake on both Windows and OS X.

Although the performance is worse in Windows.

I'm using handbrake now but it doesnt seem to be working. It requires me to choose the file and it's a disc. then it shows the 2 folders(audio_ts and video_ts). now what?

You just choose the disc, don't worry about the folders.

u running 0.9.3? u can just select the disk in the side bar when clicking source. u dont have to click Video_Ts or Audio_ts. just the disk shall do.

You must have the latest version of the VLC Media Player installed. Handbrake uses the decryption libraries from this program for encrypted (commercial) DVDs.

This is probably why nothing happens.
