How can I copy apps for iPod to Itunes?

All the apps I have on my iPod Touch 4th Generation I baught from the App Store on my Ipod and I need to copy them all onto my iTunes.


Also 1 more thing, about 5 months ago ALL my music was wiped off my iTunes and now I cant connect to my Itunes store, it loads half way then stops. I have Contacted Apple over 10 times and they still haven't fixed my issue

When your iPod is connected and iTunes is up choose the option to transfer purchases from your device. On windows it's under the file menu, but I forgot what it was on a Mac. I'm sure you can find it.
