How can I copy or download a flash player video on the internet??

How can I copy or download a flash player video on the internet??

In Safari go the Menu bar and go to Window. Then Click Activity. In the activity window that pops up find the drop down list of the site with the video in it then in that list find the file of the video. It’s typically the largest file. Hold down the Option key and double click on that file. It should start downloading the video.

You could also use something like TubeTV. Many times the above method doesn't work (ie youtube).
