Alright here is my current setup!

AS you can see I have a bunch of cables.

What is something I can BUY that can fix this problem. I don't want to d the paperclip idea. I remember seeing something posted a year ago on these forums that helped sort cables.

Some cable ties and then..I don't know its English name but these slips that go next to your wall and cover the cables

Wiremold is one brand. In the US, places like Home Depot carry it. Typically, one side of the conduit is attached to a wall or other surface, but I suppose there's no reason it couldn't be free-standing.

There are also flexible cable housing -- spiral plastic tubes into which you insert the cables. I've used them -- they work well enough.
 
Check these cable boxes out. I use two of them to hide my cables. I also route cables using hooks on the back of my desk, then use cable tubes to cover the stalks of cables that come down from the desk to the boxes. See my setup at Flickr.
