How can I delete all contacts

I do not use use outlook or the Mac's address book.
So I have installed funambol to get my Contact from my repository (ScheduleWorld). It worked , until I sc..ed up and duplicated all my addresses.
Now I have around 800 contacts to delete .
Is there a way do do that quickly, even from the command line/ssh , as I do not look forward to deleting them one by one.

If you have no contacts on your Mac's address book, you could force a sync between the Touch and your Mac, which would erase all of the contacts on the Touch.

Most of the times the opposite happens : my windows address book ends up filled with my ipod contacts

It took a few attemps, and eventually all the contacts on my iPosd were deleted.
