How can i delete all Firefox 8 files?

I have searched the mozilla web site with little help. I do have Desktop utility to see all hidden files but I need to know the list of all files to delete including cookies, bookmarks, certificates , etc.

I am running Lion 10.7.2 and firefox 8.
