Use Safari's activity window, find the .flv file, Copy then Paste into the Downloads window.

Or just add kiss in font of the video address.

e.g.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6joMbvCzLJ4

becomes

http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=6joMbvCzLJ4&feature=channel_page

Or Tooble, which will not only convert it into a QuickTime playable movie, you can have it import to iTunes directly, as well.
