I just did a clean install of OS X, and lost my Sparrow app in the process. I guess it was taken off the App Store. However, with some thorough googling, I managed to find a site to download it from.

The only problem is that this version has ads. They can be removed by buying a license; I've already bought one, but I have no way to enter it. It does have a link to buy a license, but that just redirects to a page that says Sparrow has been acquired by Google.

Is there any way to manually enter my license info by editing a .plist file or something?

Thanks!

Can you not download it from your "purchases" list?

No, since it was pulled from the App Store it does not show up on my purchases list. I also tried the "View My Account" option, which gives me a list of purchases that are "re-downloadable." Apparently, Sparrow is not one of them.
