How can I file a complaint to iTunes

Ok so I bought a song using a gift card and it had the same title as the song I wanted so I bought the wrong one then something messed up in the download and now I don't even get the song its a big deal to me

You could also just simply check for downloads to get the song in question, then complain about the inaccuracy of what you wanted.

I've reported songs because of issues with them before, and they've always been very friendly. Dunno if they will refund you, but they should either do that or help you get a working copy of the song.
