How can I find the stuffit passphrase?

How can I find the stuffit passphrase that neither originated with me nor anyone I know? Is there a program to strip and open this RAR file?

There is nothing on OS X that can do it, but there is a Linux program that can, though I think it just uses a brute force attack, so it might take awhile (a day or two).
