How Can I fix my ipad,it won't charge,or turn it on

I have an Ipad Mini Retina Display,Running Ios 7.1.1 ,That's also Jailbroken, that has an issue it won't charge,or turn on it does nothing when plugging into a plug,or a PC with iTunes it doesn't recognize it all,any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
