How can I forward a port to my Windows 7 VM (Parallels)

I need to forward port 6671 TCP to my Windows 7 VM (through Parallels). My router is a Linksys E1000.

Isn't the IP in Windows 7 the same as the one on the Mac side? I already tried what in theory should open the port, but I still get it's closed, any ideas?
