How can I get a Forum App - Seen here

I noticed in the thread where people posted their Home page, many got the Application of iPad Forum with the attached picture.
What does it called in the app store ?

I imagine they just saved a shortcut to that specific page in Safari to their homepage.

10Q - I am using Atom. Didn't realize you can do it on Safari

Tried it, and it works nice. Problem is, that it will use only Safari

I just got the tapatalk app last night which is app just for forums, not sure if that interests you.
