How can I get my iPhone 3G to give off a gps signal?

Im already familiar with all of the Cydia apps that let me use an external gps with my i Devices. But i want to use my abused 3G as a bluetooth GPS receiver for my iPad. Anyone know how I would go about this? Thanks.

P.S. In my title, I meant send gps coordinates over bluetooth.
