first of all hello everyone
I'm from Israel
1 and a half years ago I got an iPhone 5s as a gift from my uncle he is living in the UNITED STATES
but that iPhone is locked to T-Mobile
I cant use it here in Israel to make and receive calls
my uncle bought it from someone and that person removed his apple id

I wrote to T-Mobile in their facebook page and they said we need the orginal owner of that iPhone to request the unlock
but my uncle has no contact with that person anymore

any chance I can get it unlocked or no luck ??

I'm sorry if my English is not that good
I hope someone can tell what I need to do to get it unlocked

thanks everyone .

You can buy an IMEI unlock for it but for Tmobile devices its expensive.
^^^Yeah, this is about the only way you're going to get it unlocked. As far as you know, you're the third owner and you don't live in the US. T-Mobile really has no incentive at all to help you.

Not being harsh, just factual.
