does anyone know how i can get my hands on a copy of netshare. i never got it in the appstore.

I can understand that you want that app. I want it too! You can ask a friend who already bought the app and share it with you. But that's not really the best way to get it.

The only way to get it is by jailbreaking your phone, and somehow downloading the app through a torrent or another way like that, but be careful before asking about torrents here, it is a subject that is highly frowned upon and is not to be discussed.

And if you're gonna go to all the trouble of jailbreaking your iPhone, you might as well do it the right way and forget NetShare. My method doesn't require illegal torrents  lol

I think there is a better way to get NetShare. If you go into iTunes>Applications, select the NetShare App then right click and select show in Finder. I think you could upload that file onto a file sharing service and then once downloaded just drag it into iTunes. Has anyone tried this? Could work. Let's get it together.

Um, no? On many levels. Let's just start with the fact that each app has DRM only allowing install on 5 computers. The cracked version has already been mentioned (which is basically what your talking about)

stupid question but jailbreakin your phone, does it null and void your contract?
I am not sure about your contract, but it does void your warranty with Apple. But using an application like NetShare would violate your contract with AT&T, as it is in their contract terms that you are not allowed to use your unlimited data on another device or to tether to another device.
