I have so many menu bar icons (some that are impossible to remove) like dropbox icon and they are cluttering my display and some not even showing up is there an way I can remove them all but only keep the important ones like time machine and the time?

If it's applications, some will have preferences allowing you to turn off the menu bar icon. Apple related ones can be removed by holding CMD and moving the icon off the menu bar.

Similar trouble...

Hi there, I'm having a similar issue. I had a 3rd party printer program installed (Samsung) for wireless printing and I deleted the program/printer before removing the icon from the Menu Bar. Now the 3rd party printer icon in the menu is still there, but I'm not able to click on it or do the command click, or anything.

I've tried searching in finder and system preferences for the printer or driver or program and cannot seem to find a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
