How can I get rid of icons in my menubar?

The weird icon with the phone just showed up a few minutes ago but that eject button has been there for a couple weeks. How can I get rid of these? They dont do anything. Also the iChat bubble. Its defective and just shows a big white block on the left of my screen when I click it. Help removing these?

For all of them, holding CMD and dragging them off should work.

And FWIW, most of these icons can be turned on or off in System Preferences and they can be cmd-dragged in any order you prefer.
