I'd like to do is migrate all my emails (currently in Office '11) to Office '16.
I will be formatting my mac and doing a fresh install of OSX, so I need to prepare for this import beforehand.

I actually have two Outlook '11 identities (one containing emails from my previous company, which I'd like to retain.) I'd like to merge them into one identity, then import then from Outlook '16, once I installed it. Is that possible? If not, I'll just migrate my main identity, but how do I do this?
