I thought about that, but I don't know if there would be a problem every time there was an update he would have to put in my password and stuff?

Click to expand... We haven't seen a 10.7 update yet. But I assume it'd be rolled using Software Updates instead of App Store. Well... Hopefully. That would solve your problem of future updates.
