How can i just import Some pictures of my camera??? (Iphoto)

I only want to import like 10 pictures off my camera, not the entire camera. i could do this on windows, becuase when it popped up when i plugged in the camera i just checked the ones i wanted. but i cant seem to do this in iphoyo. i dont want all 124 pictures on my camera, just the last 10? Help!

when you plug in your camera, it will appear on the desktop... open it and just drag the photos u want into the iphoto logo on the dock..

Open up Image Capture (in the applications folder) and click on "download some"

doesnt appear on the desktop; its deffinatlly connected cause Iphoto's seeing it...


I have a Canon Powershot SD200
