How can I keep Citrix Workspace/Viewer from timing out?

I use Citrix receiver/viewer for work when I telework.

It times out so quickly to the login page and then disconnects when I gone for just a few minutes. I then need to log back in.

I've tried 'Mouse Jiggler' but it doesn't seem to work.

Anything I can do to keep activity moving on my Mac and not have Citrix disconnect?
