go to walmart. Buy stickers that you can put on your cd. (they are already cut out). Print something nice on it, and stick it to your cd. (if that's what you mean with labeling it).

You need inkjet CD/DVD's and a printer that can handle them. Or office supply places can sometimes do this for a fee.
