On Windows, you can only drag around a window via the top bar, where the X, maximize, and minimize buttons are located. The sides and corner are only capable of changing the window size, but it doesn't drag the entire window around.

On the Mac, I really hate how you can drag around a window via any side. I use a high DPS mouse for gaming, so I often find myself accidentally dragging a window halfway across the screen just because I had the mouse hovering on the left-most side of the screen. At worst, I just want to accidentally change the Window size, but I don't want to keep dragging it across the screen unwittingly.
